Holiday Market Vendor Applications

Applications & Acceptance

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. The Wolfe Island Holiday Village Artisan Market is curated, and applications will be reviewed with consideration given to the quality and originality of the work, the overall mix of vendors, and fit with the market.

Successful applicants will receive an acceptance email with payment details and everything they need to know ahead of the market.

Vendor Fees

• 6 ft Vendor Space: $60

Each vendor space includes one 6 foot table. Vendor fees are due following acceptance, and your space is confirmed once payment has been received.

Vendor fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Food Vendor Requirements

All food vendors are responsible for obtaining any required permits, approvals, and licensing prior to the festival. This includes all applicable requirements from Southeast Public Health. Food vendors must also comply with all food safety regulations, and operating standards in effect at the time of the event.

Handmade & AI Policy

The Wolfe Island Holiday Village celebrates and supports human creativity. AI-generated artwork, designs, images or products are not eligible for sale at the Artisan Market.

We do not use or share AI-generated media in our event communications and ask vendors not to create AI-generated promotional materials for the Holiday Village. Our logo and branding may not be altered, recreated or used in AI-generated content. Approved promotional materials will be provided to participating vendors.

Setup Requirements

Vendors are responsible for bringing any display materials, signage, table coverings, chairs, or other items needed for their setup beyond the provided 6 ft table.

Please keep your display within your assigned space and be mindful of neighbouring vendors and walkways.

Power is limited and cannot be guaranteed. If you require access to electricity, please indicate this on your application.

Vendor Presence

The approved applicant is expected to be present at their table for the duration of the market. Friends, family members, or staff are welcome to help, but the space should be primarily represented by the person or business named in the application.

Event Hours

The Wolfe Island Holiday Village Artisan Market takes place on Sunday, November 29, 2026.

Vendors will receive setup, arrival, and market hours as part of their acceptance information. Vendors are expected to be fully set up before the market opens and remain open for the full market unless otherwise arranged with organizers.

Products & Sales

Please only bring products or offerings that were included in or are consistent with your application. If your product selection changes significantly after applying, please get in touch with us before the market.

The Holiday Village organizers reserve the right to ask that items be removed if they differ substantially from what was approved or are not considered a fit for the Artisan Market.

Changes & Cancellation

If circumstances beyond our control require changes to the market, including changes related to weather, safety, venue availability, or other unforeseen circumstances, the Holiday Village organizers reserve the right to adjust, postpone, or cancel the event.

Any important changes will be communicated directly with participating vendors as soon as possible.
